Monthly Lash Membership

I'm so excited to announce I've finally added a monthly membership program! New members accepted 1rst-3rd every month. This has been highly requested for some time now so let get this poppin! This will be in Beta Test mode from April 2022-Nov 2022.
As with any service here are the rules/restrictions. To participate in the monthly membership means you agree to this flat rate fee for the current month and agree to all rules as outlined in this service agreement.
What's the price? $150
When is it due? On the day of your first appointment of the month OR the 3rd of the month, whichever COMES FIRST.
What service can I get? "Roq Me Baby" or "Roq Star" lash fills.  Does NOT include bottoms.

✔️You do NOT have to come on the same day/same time each week
✔️Yes, you can reschedule if needed. The normal cancelation policy applies.
✔️Since this is weekly,some months you may get 5 fills!!!
❌️If you must miss your weekly fill by choice,illness, or any other reason, you will NOT be refunded or prorated. Services will resume on your next weekly fill, however no additional time will be added to your fill for lost time.
❌️Understand that your lash stylist may be on vacation during the week and you will NOT be refunded or prorated. Services will resume on your next pre-scheduled weekly fill.
❌️Must have had a fill or FULLSET from WEROQFACES within the last 14 days
❌️No refunds•No pro rate •No exceptions
❌️VIP hours still available at additional cost
❌️Add ons are additional- bottoms,colors,spikes,decals, any thing over 18mm.
*Fees for add ons will be paid at your scheduled appointment like normal.

ZERO TOLERANCE FOR NO SHOWS
Normal cancelation policy applies: An additional cxl fee of $35 applies if client is a no call/no show or cancels WITH LESS than 24hr notice.
Q. How do I pay? A. Cashapp $weroqfaces or zelle esteeroqs@gmail.com. Please send a screenshot of payment confirmation to (929)3LA-SHME once payment has been submitted.
Q. Does signing up for the membership GUARANTEE me a spot for the week? A. No, the only way to insure your lash appointment is to pre-book and don't miss your committed time. As always if We Roq Faces is completely booked. You may text to be added to the weekly waitlist.
Q. How far in advance can I book my fills? A. The lash membership program is available from March 22-Nov 22. You may pre-schedule fills up to 6 months in advance.
Q. Can I still tip? A. Tips are APPRECIATED GREATLY but not required.
